Plans that scale with your shows.

You pay for the planner seats that build and run the show. Every plan includes crew capacity, and crew accounts are free to the crew, so the freelancers on your call never pay to see a schedule they are on.

How seats and crew work

A planner seat is an Admin or a Manager, the person who builds the event, edits the schedule, and runs the team. That is what you pay for. Crew are never a planner seat: they see their schedule, work their checklists, and get their alerts at no charge, on every plan. Your plan includes a set crew capacity, how many people a single show can hold. On Pro you can extend a single show up to 40 for an added fee; bigger productions move up a plan. Monthly by default, cancel any time, or save two months with annual.
